The historic Seeley Building, a hub of creativity, sits right where
Atwater Village meets Glendale, at 1800 S Brand Blvd. This
magnificent fusion of historic Art Deco and industrial vibes just
got a modern makeover, and it's buzzing with life as it houses a
vibrant community of entertainment-related companies and
businesses dedicated to serving the creative crowd. What's more,
it's a pet-friendly paradise, making it the ideal nest for your
flourishing creative enterprise to spread its wings.

Parking
Each booking comes with 2 parking spaces in the lower right parking lot.
You can park anywhere in any available spot in the LOWER RIGHT parking lot. You must go down the small driveway to access the guest parking area. Each additional parking spot is a $20 per day charge. You can let us know ahead of time and we will accommodate accordingly. Our building also offers valet parking for a separate additional fee, taken care of at your own expense with the valet attendant.
Street
Parking
There is additional parking on Brand Blvd, San Fernando Rd or on Vassar St. All within walking distance. You can enter into the main building from both Brand Blvd (main entrance) or San Fernando Rd (side entrance). We are located in Suite 119. There is a security code that will be provided after booking.
